Value Notes are professional records submitted and approved through participating organizations.

Value Note provides the infrastructure for documentation and verification.

The issuing company is solely responsible for:

• Accuracy of information
• Approval decisions
• Performance assessments
• Statements contained within issued Value Notes

Value Note does not independently audit, validate, guarantee, or certify the truthfulness of information submitted by employers, employees, or other users.

6. Professional Records

Professional records maintained on Value Note are intended for informational purposes.

Value Note does not guarantee:

• Employment outcomes
• Promotions
• Compensation increases
• Hiring decisions
• Business performance

Users remain solely responsible for decisions made based on information available through the platform.

7. Company Responsibilities

Companies using Value Note agree to:

• Submit accurate information
• Maintain appropriate approval controls
• Use the platform professionally
• Respect employee privacy rights
• Comply with applicable employment laws

Companies are solely responsible for records created under their accounts.

8. Employee Responsibilities

Employees agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Submit truthful requests
• Use the platform professionally
• Not impersonate others
• Not manipulate records or approvals

Employees may not modify approved Value Notes without authorization from the issuing company.

9. Hiring And Discovery Features

Value Note may provide discovery, search, networking, hiring, or opportunity-related features.

Value Note does not:

• Guarantee interviews
• Guarantee employment
• Guarantee candidate quality
• Guarantee hiring outcomes

All hiring and employment decisions remain solely between participating parties.

10. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Submit false information
• Create fraudulent records
• Impersonate individuals or companies
• Interfere with platform security
• Scrape or extract platform data without authorization
• Reverse engineer platform functionality
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

11. Intellectual Property

The Value Note platform, software, branding, designs, logos, trademarks, and content are owned by Value Note or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform materials without written permission.
